Q.  Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
A.  Yes, we have £5,000,000 of Public Liability cover.

Q.  Do you deliver?
A.  Yes, delivery, set-up and collection is included in the price.

Q.  Is your equipment clean and safe?
A.  All of our inflatables fully comply with the guidelines set out by the Health and Safety Executive for Inflatable Play Equipment and have current safety certificates. All blowers and cables are inspected and PAT tested. We always supply RCD circuit breakers with our equipment.
Our inflatables are always checked and cleaned regularly.

Q.  Which forms of payment do you accept?
A.  We accept cash, cheques and credit/debit cards. You can pay cash on delivery or if you wish to pay by cheque we will need to have received it 7 days before your booking to allow clearing. If you wish to pay by credit/debit card we will need your card details prior to delivery, so that the transaction can be authorised.

Q.  When can I hire an inflatable?
A.  Our inflatables are available for hire 7 days a week. We also offer discounts for weekday bookings.

Q.  What if the weather is bad?
A.  Most of our inflatables have shower covers fitted which will keep off any light showers. In the event of very wet or windy weather, you can cancel the booking by telephoning us by 8.30am on the morning of hire and you won't be charged. We also reserve the right to cancel a booking due to severe weather. We will of course contact you first before doing this and you won't be charged.

Q.  How long does it take to set-up and collect?
A.  Approximately 10-15 minutes to set-up and 15-20 minutes to collect.

Q.  What preparation is needed before the inflatable arrives?
A.  We need clear access approximately 3ft wide. Please ensure all paths are free of obstacles before we arrive. We will also need access to a standard 240v electric power socket within 30 metres. We can also supply a petrol generator for an additional cost if needed. The area needed to site the inflatable must be a reasonably flat grassed area. The area needs to be completely clear of any sharp objects, dog mess, washing lines, etc, before we arrive. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if we feel the site is unsuitable.

Q.  How much does it cost to run the blower?
A.  It varies slightly depending on your electricity supllier, but approximately 20p-25p per hour.
